We have a team dedicated to covering other practices for short term cover if required and can even provide emergency secretarial cover.

Each consultant’s needs are different. We work closely with you to determine the most suitable payment structure for your required services. This varies from a simple hourly rate, to a percentage of your income or even a fixed retainer per month.

No problem at all. We can proofread your reports and distribute them by post or email and ensure a copy is filed in patient notes.

While Melinda cut her teeth working in London hospitals, the business is based outside the city and welcomes clients working in hospitals across the UK.

Fees are calculated according to anticipated work based on the number of patients you can see each week. It doesn’t matter if you only see a handful of patients per week, you and your patients will have access to our services all day, every day.

Encryption is standard in our company. All your files are uploaded onto GDPR compliant electronic systems so no actual paperwork is kept. Confidentially and discretion is guaranteed at all times. It is fundamental to our ethos.
